We are a small family business in
Grimsby and we hand select our vehicles from the many that are
available at the auctions. We make sure it is suitable for the UK
market and that it is in good running order. We receive reports of each
vehicle we are interested in before each auction that allows us to
assess its condition. All of this ensures you get a high quality
vehicle from us.
It is not in our interest to locate you a vehicle in poor condition as
we believe 'word of mouth' to be so important.
We totally understand some peoples reservations about handing over a
sum of money for a vehicle that they haven't seen and across the other
side of the world. This is why we ensure that all our banking details
are furnished to you, along with other identification, for your own
peace of mind.

Import procedures vary from one country to another, but in most
instances, the red tape and the paper work prove too much for many
people to consider and they resign themselves to purchasing a second
hand car, that has probably been thrashed down the motorway with very
high mileage from a dealer in the UK.
Therefore to make life easier for you we provide the following: We will
use our expansive network of auction houses and dealer contacts to
locate the specific car you require. Details are sent to you including
photo's, specifications, mileage etc. Once happy and following your
permission we shall negotiate a deal with the auction house or bid on
your behalf. (You can only bid at Japans' auctions if you are
registered) As part of our services we deal with the paperwork and red
tape that may put you off. We will liaise with the auction house, and
arrange for your vehicle to be taken to the port and loaded aboard a
Ro-Ro ship. We shall arrange for the documentation required to
de-register the vehicle in Japan to be taken care off. The off-loading
is secured at our destination port. We will pay the dock agent the Duty
tax and the VAT on your behalf. This ensures that your car has cleared
custom requirements. All you have to do is pick it up. Or we can
arrange delivery at an extra charge, please contact for details. Once
the vehicle has arrived depending its age it may require an SVA test.
We can also point you in the right direction and a garage near you. And
finally guide you through the registration of your new vehicle in this

Private imports of preowned Japanese
cars have been going on for quite some time. However, they only became
accessible to the general public a few years ago, mainly with the
Internet revolution. It is true to say that by buying a used Japanese
car from a dealer in this country you will save a small fortune, but
just think how much more you will save by cutting out the dealer. A
large majority of Japanese cars are sold at an auction. This is where
the dealer's supplier goes to purchase his stock, and this is where WE
directly acquire your vehicle from.
Private car sales are non existent in Japan.
From one owner to the next, the vehicle MUST pass through the hands of
an authorised dealer for ownership transfer. At the auction house they
are carefully inspected by highly trained mechanics and given an
auction grade, generally between 0 and 5. For our searches we ONLY
suggest to clients vehicles between 3.5 - 5.----- VEHICLE CONDITION

Terms & conditions
Shipping We arrange shipping of your vehicle by the first available ship after confirming remittance of full payment. We arrange and send to you shipping documents, such as the invoice, the original de-registration, and bill of lading immediately after shipping the vehicle. Insurance Basic marine insurance is included in the cost however is does not cover and items that may be in the vehicle, stereo, CD, TV etc. Please contact us for upgrading insurance. Inspection - Inspections are performed by each of the auction houses' fully qualified inspectors and are final in respect to the condition of the vehicles. Warranty, The vehicles are sold in an as-is condition. We are therefore unable to offer a warranty Cancellation, You cannot cancel after your bid was successful. Contract, A contract will be sent to you once the vehicle is secured.
